  Terrible!! Took him five weeks just to get the titles as he didn't bother applying for them until three weeks after I employed him as my conveyancer. Even then he didnt apply for the correct ones and lots of required documents were missing. My place was on the market for 5 weeks with no-one able to make an offer as he couldn't get the correct paperwork on time. He doesn't even have an office, he works out of a car wreckers with no signage, the alarm bells should have been ringing then. I switched conveyances half way as I am sure he would of delayed settlement. DO NOT go with this guy!
